  Noted events in his life were:

• Employment. Steam engineer and worked at Horn's Woolen Mill. Started a welding and repair shop behind his home on William Street called A. L. Cote' & Son Welding and Radiator Repair.

• Employment, 1906, Toronto, Ontario. Worked as streetcar conductor in Toronto and that is why they married there.

• Residence, 1918. In 1918 he built a house on William Street. All of their children were born at home.

• Residence, 19 Aug 1924, Lindsay, Ops Township, Victoria County, Ontario. Obituary notice of son Arhur Leo notes funeral took place from the residence of Mrs. Felix Cote, 4 Melbourne Street, Lindsay, Ont.

Albert married Gertrude Amelia KIRKPATRICK, daughter of David Wesley KIRKPATRICK and Mary Elizabeth THAYER, on 28 Nov 1906 in St. Paul's Basilica Church, Toronto, Ontario ¹⁷¹.^,172 (Gertrude Amelia KIRKPATRICK was born on 29 Oct 1885 in Lindsay, Ops Township, Victoria County, Ontario, died on 11 Sep 1945 in Lindsay, Ops Township, Victoria County, Ontario ¹⁷⁹ and was buried on 14 Sep 1945 in St. Mary's Cemetery, Lindsay, Ontario ^179,180.)
